Scene Building - Winter holiday cheer peace card

 Hello, Gaylynn here.  Thanks for visiting.  Here on this last day of July, I am sharing card scene building using a mix of stamping, heat embossing and ink blending.  I am getting an early start on my holiday card making.

Go through your crafty stash for stamps not intended for the holidays to help create a holiday card.  These trees worked great for building the winter scene.

Take care floral butterfly card ~ Stamp In Color

 Hey there.  Thanks for stopping by.  Today I am sharing a way to stamp in color and use colored pencils on kraft cardstock, for Unity Stamp Co.  This provides a subtle look by combining the two techniques.



Sentiment:  Take care.

Stamping different ink colors with a touch of colored pencils works beautifully on kraft.

Stencil frame moose card

Hi.  Thanks for visiting.  Today I am sharing a stencil frame moose card.  This is similar to a previous project that I made using eclipse stenciling, but for this one, I added more blending for a rustic look.


Sentiment:
Wishing you a day full of wild surprises.

Since the background paper was dark green, I added even more of the ink blending during the masking process.

Thank you gnome card with wonky layers.

  Welcome.  For today's project, the feature is a thank you gnome card with wonky layers.  I paired Copic marker coloring with torn paper layers and solid cardstock.

Sentiment:  Thank you.

This card can be for anyone and can also be colored for different themes, like patriotic occasions.

Koi Pond Stenciling and Copic Coloring

 Today, I am sharing a tropical scene with Koi pond stenciling and Copic coloring.  This is a soft combination paired with patterned paper.

Bible journaling fun fold tag art ~ Luke 23 31

 This project is Bible journaling fun fold tag art with a vintage finish.  This one incorporates stamping both onto cardstock and onto the thin bible pages.

Layering stencils and silver stamping balloon card

Layering stencils and silver stamping are easy card making techniques.  I combined the two with a Unity stamp and stencil set for this shimmering celebration card.  



The sentiment can be changed to work for other occasions.

Bride & Groom wedding card & blended topper.

Sending wedding congratulations can be made easily with simple stamping and color.  This bride and groom card includes a top border made from soft ink blending.


I used pastel colors on this one.

Classic car vintage mustang card

Grunge is on order for this classic car vintage Mustang card.  It is great for masculine themes and occasions.  This sentiment is perfect for a birthday.



For the stamps, I combined two stamp sets with added distress ink blending.

Northern Lights Ink To Stamp Background ~ Graduation Card

Check out this set of cards with a Northern Lights ink to stamp background technique.  I made each card slightly different.  Graduation sentiments were added, but almost any theme will work.


The encouraging sentiment strips were added and layered for graduation greetings.  And, the backgrounds coordinate with the sentiments perfectly.  Lots of Unity Stamp Co. products were used and they are linked down below for your convenience.

Today, I am sharing heartfelt greetings with a stencil paste tulip card, to lend support.  This was made using stamping, ink blending and stenciling with glitter paste.

This works for condolences, illness, life challenges, support and more.

Mighty fine birthday mouse ~ mixing color mediums

 Hello!  For this birthday mouse card, I am mixing color mediums.  Coloring, papers and ink all combine to create a colorful and cute card for the guys or anyone.

Isn't this little mouse stamp the cutest?  I picked complementary colors for the entire card.

Masculine Otter Love Pun Card

 For today, I am sharing a masculine vintage love card made simply with distressed touches.  This project is also for the Unity blog.  I share tips for this below.
