For today, I am sharing a masculine vintage love card made simply with distressed touches. This project is also for the Unity blog. I share tips for this below.
Sentiment:
There's no otter for me.
You are my otter half.
I love you so much.
This was made easy with the use of patterned paper.
To create this masculine vintage love card, begin by preparing an A2 sized card base. I chose white. Then, select vintage papers to use as a masculine card border and topper. I used text or newsprint papers. Next, stamp the sentiments, the hearts and the otters onto white cardstock. Also, color the otter scene. Then, trim or die-cut an edge trim, smaller than the card front at one end. I used a notebook die for a fun trim. Next, add tan distress ink blending around all of the edges. Finally, adhere it all onto the card front with optional adhesive gems, to finish.
This is a closer look at the card.
