Doily stamping and pop up sentiment card technique

 Hello.  Doily stamping and pop up sentiment accents make a quick and easy card.  Today, on the Unity blog, I am sharing this technique which will work with almost any stamp.

For this card, I used two colors.  Most color combinations and stamping could be used for easy doily stamping and pop up sentiment detail.

One main stamp set, two coordinating cards ~ simple stamping

 Hi there.  For Technique Time at Unity, I share two sweet floral coordinating cards using simple stamping.  These are great to have on hand or to give as gift sets.

These two cards are made easily and can quickly be duplicated, using simple stamping.

Helpful tips:

Here are helpful tips for creating this card set with no coloring involved.  To begin, trim or die-cut all of the card layers.  Then, stamp onto the top cardstock panel using a few different ink colors for the flowers and the sentiment.  Next, add twine to the top layer and then begin assembling the card.  Also, make a coordinating card using simple stamping and the same supplies, but a different layout and accent panels.

Two nautical cards with an anchor ~ navy & gold

 Hi there.  For Technique Time at Unity, I share two nautical cards with anchor stamping.  The colors are navy blue and gold with heat embossing and repeat stamping.

Helpful tips:

Here are helpful tips for creating this card.  To begin, trim or die-cut a narrow strip of navy cardstock.  Then stamp and heat emboss in gold onto the navy cardstock.  Next, use repeat stamping of the anchor near the top of the card base using a light natural or kraft color ink.  Optional, add a narrow trim strip to the navy panel area.  Finally, layer and adhere everything, to finish.

Double stamped butterflies reusable card & bonus gift.

 Hi there.  Today, I am sharing a clean and simple card using double stamping.  This also contains a bonus gift and inside sentiment.

Sentiment:  Just a hello.

This card is quick and easy to make and there is no coloring required.  To begin, simply stamp the butterfly twice onto a piece of colored cardstock.  Also, stamp and trim a sentiment flag.  Then trim or die-cut an edge border from the butterfly panel.  Next, add watercolor splatters directly onto the card base and then heat set or allow to dry.  Now, adhere the butterfly panel, offset from one end of the card.  Next, stamp and trim a note panel to fit inside of the card, but make it removable.  I used a mini paper clip, but making it an unfastened insert works also.  Finally, layer the sentiment flag and add adhesive dots to assemble the card.

And here is a bonus gift message on the inside, which is removable.

Watermark & repeat stamping ~ no coloring card tutorial

Hello.  For Technique Time at Unity, I am sharing watermark and repeat stamping together with no coloring needed for this card.

Sentiment:

You matter.  You are enough.  You are loved.

Using repeat stamping and watermark stamping looks great together with no coloring needed.

Helpful tips:

Here are tips for creating this card:  First, trim or die-cut cardstock panels to fit your card base layers.  Next, stamp the flowers onto colored cardstock with watermark ink, all over the panel.  Then, stamp the sentiment and more flowers onto the ivory top panel.  Next, add an accent layer on the top and the bottom of the card. (optional)  I decided to add a gold trim and an ivory trim.  Finally, layer all of the panels and cording onto the card base, to finish.
