For this card, I used the fun celebration tags stamps and dies in this flash sale kit. I love it all, especially since birthday and celebration themes are the cards that I give out the most.
I began by heat embossing the tiny sprinkles and then adding color by blending distress ink over the sprinkles. I did this for the background and for the cupcake icing.
I decided to layer the tag panel and use it as the card focus instead of as a gift tag alone. The tag panel could easily be duplicated for use as a matching gift tag.
