Hello and welcome. Today, I am sharing a monochromatic sympathy card with gold metallic stamping. The colors are blue on blue with a hint of shine from the gold stamping.
Condolences are some of the most difficult greetings to make and send. But, making them subtle yet pretty helps.
Helpful Tips:
To create this monochromatic sympathy card, stamp the flowers and the sentiment onto light blue cardstock using gold metallic ink. To set the metallic stamping, spray a light mist of workable fixative like Krylon over the stamped panel and do this outside. (The spray has a strong chemical smell.) Once set, add blue color to the petals. Then, die-cut or trim the flower panel and a scalloped frame layer. Next, add white paint splatters over the stamped panel. Finally, layer it all over the card base, to finish.
