Hello. Today, I am sharing a funny birthday card featuring a colorful chicken and chicken wire background stamping.
The stamping and coloring were combined easily for this simple card.
Helpful Tips:
To make this card with chicken wire background stamping, begin by trimming or die-cutting a card front and a sentiment label. Then, stamp the chicken using Copic friendly ink. Also, prepare an A2 sized card base in kraft color. Next, color in the chicken. I used Copic markers, but use what you have on hand. Then, ink up the chicken wire background stamp in a mix of two shades. Also, hand stamp sections of chicken wire stamp around the chicken onto the background. Repeat until you get the amount or color that you want. I used ink shades of kraft and yellow. Finally, layer it all onto the card base, to finish.
This is the card a bit closer.
This is a short video for this project.
