Hi friends. Today for the Unity blog, I am sharing a bright Spring card using Copic markers with variegated coloring. The coloring adds to the beauty of these lovely stamps.
When life throws you a rainy day, play in the puddles.
Here are helpful tips for making this card using Copic markers with variegated coloring. To begin, prepare an A2 sized card base in white. Then, stamp a background panel using alcohol friendly ink. Also, stamp the boots and the sentiment onto a separate paper panel. Next, trim or die-cut the background stamped panel. Then, color in the florals using at least two shades for each color family chosen. I started with darker dabs of color and then added two lighter shades of each color family. Next, color the boots and those flowers the same way. Once the coloring is complete, cut out (fussy cut) the boots and some of the roses. Also, trim the sentiment separately. Now, layer it all onto the card base using flat and foam double-sided tape. Finally, add cording and a gem accent, to finish.
And, this is another look at today's project.
