Hello and welcome. Today, I am sharing bible journaling, specifically, watercolor art to add to my bible pages.
Sentiments:
Prayer changes things.
He will cover you with his feathers and under his wings, you will find refuge.
She is strong ~ Proverbs 31:25
Tomorrow needs you.
I made a video tutorial for this two-page bible journaling project.
Here are helpful tips for making this bible journal watercolor art prior to adding the art to the pages. To begin, choose where you want to add the art to your pages. Next, onto watercolor cardstock, stamp the sentiment(s) or images and then add watercolor over the stamping. Remember to use waterproof ink if you are stamping. You may also watercolor the cardstock first and then add the stamping afterward. Then, trim or die-cut the stamping. I like to choose art or sentiments which will fit mostly inside the page margins of my bible. But, create how you wish. Next, for my watercolor technique, I decided to cut out all of the stamped pieces and then add watercolor using a brush, water and a spray mister. Refer to my video for the watercolor process. Once dried, adhere the pieces along with floral and leafy accents to your bible pages.
