Today, we are doing an Instagram hop to celebrate the Unity Stamp Company Brown Thursday sale. It is the biggest sale of the year. Here is my project for today featuring a some of the newest stamps and dies.
These are helpful tips for making this night scene card. To begin, prepare an A2 size card base. Next, die-cut or trim a background panel and two rectangle panels. Stamp the background. Then, onto the smaller white rectangle, stamp the sentiment and the nativity scene. Also, add ink blending using light to dark shades from the inside of the panel out. I used shades noted below. Next, add ink and paint splatters and/or dots to accent the night scene. Make sure everything is heat set or left to dry completely. Finally, arrange it all in a wonky fashion onto the card base, to finish. (You may also stamp everything first and then trim or die-cut the sections. Both work just fine.)
Here is another look.
