2 Cards ~ Stamp, Foil, Stencil with No Heat Foiling & No Coloring

Today, I am sharing two holiday cards featuring a stamp, die and stencil bundle from Unity Stamp Company.  I also used coral and teal inks along with foiling in silver and gold.

Sentiments:
Happy Holidays.
Merry Christmas.

Foiling is made easy without heating or a laminator, with the use of deco foil transfer gel duo.  The gel works with or without heat.  Plus, these glitter foils by Unity & Therm-o-Web make it sparkle beautifully.

I made a quick video tutorial showing the process for this project.

Helpful tips:

To create this, begin by stamping the background trees.  I used a different ink shade for each stamped background.  Next, stencil a thin layer of deco foil transfer gel duo over the stamped trees.  For no heat foiling, allow the gel to dry overnight or for about 12 hours for best results.  Once the gel is set but still tacky, add foil over the stencil panel, pretty side up.  Then, sandwich between a carrier sheet or parchment paper and run this through a die-cutting machine (like the Empress or Cuttlebug) with thinlet plates.  Also, if your plates are scratched up, place a piece of card stock over the foil layer but under the top plate.  Next, peel away the foil from the tree background to reveal beautiful foiled accents on the trees.  Finally, layer everything onto the card base, to finish.

And here is another look at the card set.
