Here are helpful tips for creating this. First, die-cut or trim a stamped panel from watercolor paper. Also, if using watercolor, stamp with waterproof ink. Next, mix watercolor palette colors with water to prepare for painting. Then, with narrow paint brushes, add watercolor one section at a time and heat set between colors and sections. Using more water on your brush will make the color lighter and using less water will make the color darker. Alternate to get the shades that you want. Finally, add double-sided adhesive to affix the panel to the card base, to finish.
