Sentiment: Celebrate.
This background watercolor panel was leftover from a previous project. I used the star pieces on another card. And I almost pitched this into the trash. But then I thought of making another card with a birthday or celebration theme. And so this card was born.
I trimmed the leftover watercolor paper to fit my card base. Then, I added a stamped and die-cut celebrate sentiment. To finish, I added a few adhesive pearls. This was made in less than twenty minutes.
Tip: You can get a similar look by die-cutting patterned paper using stars or other shapes.
