Thanksgiving Favor Tags & Free Printable
These are the Thanksgiving favors my daughter and I made for our tables this year. We had to make 40 and we worked into the evening making pretty treat bags together.
Because there were so many to make and the deadline was near, I decided to use a printable for the favor tags.
The tag sentiment is:
So very thankful for you! Happy Thanksgiving!

Advent Calendar Banner ~ Pockets Updated
These are just a few of the updated Advent calendar pockets I made this week.
Recently, I updated some panels to include larger numbers and more cute images.
These pockets were made to hold treats, notes, pictures, lottery tickets and gift cards to name a few.
These pockets were made to hold treats, notes, pictures, lottery tickets and gift cards to name a few.
There is A LOT of Unity in all 25 pocket panels. Here are sample panels.
My favorite Unity Stamp Company kit is Advent. And I used nearly every stamp in the set for this banner. The quotes and sentiments are very meaningful.
I love that.
The other two Unity kits that are seen throughout my {large} project are Tags, Glorious Tags as well as the set Advent{full} Season.
Other supplies for my project include My Creative Time 3x3 Fancy Envelope Die, Ranger archival ink, distress markers, BasicGrey paper, punches and various embellishments.

Ugly Sweater Theme Pencil Topper
This time of year, I make more than just cards.
Today, I am sharing an ugly or tacky sweater themed pencil topper.
It is decorated with Christmas trees on the sweater as well as on the decorative paper and tulle was added.
The tacky sweater is a drawing by my husband Bob, since I didn't have a Christmas sweater stamp on hand.
Special occasions: Ugly Sweater party favors, holiday bunco pencils and stocking stuffers.

Tutorial:
The tag base is a basic shape and shadow from Cricut. I added a layered circle tag with the image on it, then punched holes at the top and bottom of the tag. To dress it up a little more, tulle was added with a green pencil.

Autumn Decor Napkin Ring Tags & Tutorial
Today, I am sharing a Thanksgiving table decoration created and added to napkin rings.
I snapped photos along the way for a photo tutorial.
I began with a roll of kraft shipping paper with natural fibers, blended distress ink in Fall colors then spritzed lightly with water mist.
Once dry, the leaves and pears were stamped in white craft ink, leaving room for the dies to fit around the images.
The coordinating dies were used to die-cut and dry emboss.
The leaves and pear are shown below against the paper they were made from.
(A before and after shot.)
The die-cuts were assembled and eyelets, ribbon & cording were added to make tags.
They were affixed to my existing napkin ring.
The plum color shows up much nicer in person than in the photo.
These turned out much better than expected.

Autumn Calendar
I'm getting into the Fall spirit with this home decor calendar easel piece.
Sentiment: Count your blessings.
We don't have the pretty leaves and Autumn colors here, but I enjoy creating them.
I mixed lots of different stamps and die-cuts for this one. This is liked up to Unity Stamp Co. FWF projects today.
Supplies: Unity Stamp Co. Welcome to my Life; My Creative Time Piles of Smiles, Life is Good & XL Label Die.
Happy Fall Y'all.
