Now, onto my projects for this hop.

Sentiment: You've been on my mind. First up, a woodland eclipse style card.  This is a watercolor nature scene with stamped trees and a dry embossed background.  To make the eclipse, I die-cut the outside oval and also an inner oval after the stamping and watercolor were finished and fully dried.  The center and the sentiment were popped up with foam tape.

The closer photo shows the background peeking through from a side angle but the stamp lines up perfectly when looking from the front.

One more look at this eclipse card from the side.

This is a short video showing the process.

Next, I am sharing a fun congratulations animal themed card, also with watercolor brush markers for color. This one incorporates patterned paper for a simple design. The animals are from one big stamp.

Sentiment. Congratulations {from the whole herd}.
And here it is closer.

This is a quick video clip of the barnyard animals project.

Sentiment: Happy birthday Finally, I played with a treasure found in my crafty stash. I had previously stamped, colored and stenciled this pretty peony. Then, I die-cut it using the coordinating die and made a wooden background from patterned paper. Also, I used one of the sentiment stamps in pink ink. For fun, I fussy cut (cut out) the sentiment just by trimming around the edges with scissors, to finish.

A look at the peony card process.
