Heart shaped card ~ puppy dog

Happy Valentine's Day friends.  For today, I am sharing an adorable puppy dog heart shaped pun card with an uplifting message.  This is also up on the Unity Stamp Company blog today.

Sentiment:
Paws a moment to enjoy the little things today.

I just love that face.  This is also a fun card for Valentine's Day or any time.

Helpful Tips:
To make this heart shaped card, begin by stamping onto kraft color cardstock, once for the pup and once for the sentiment.  Then, trim or die-cut the dog heart panel and the sentiment label.  Next, add a touch of color to the pup plus a hint of ink blending around the edges.  Then, make a heart shaped white card base using creative die-cutting with the largest heart metal die.  See the video for the die-cutting example.  Also, score to make a fold line between the two hearts.  Trim the center at the fold as needed to form the heart top portion.   Next, layer the stamped panel, the little hearts and the sentiment over the card front, to finish.

(This stamp will be available later today with the Unity release.  It is a sneak peek of what is coming up.)

This is the card a bit closer.

This is a quick video of this project process.
