Today for Unity Stamp Company, I share pearlescent watercolor and gold embossing on black paper. This matching sympathy set of cards and a gift tag were made quickly and easily with a couple of unique watercolor products.

Helpful tips:
In summary, make this set using pearlescent watercolor and gold embossing on black. First, prepare two A2 sized card bases in white and also a gift tag base. Then, trim two oversized panels for stamping using black watercolor paper. Also, using a powder tool, apply an antistatic layer of powder to the dark cardstock. Next, use a stamp positioning tool like Misti to repeat the stamping using a juicy watermark ink pad. Now, quickly, cover the stamping with fine gold embossing powder and tap off the excess powder into a container. Then, heat set the embossing to melt it and to see the gold shine. Also, using a paper towel, rub off any excess powder. Next, die-cut the dark panel. Do these steps twice to get two card front panels. Use one panel without watercolor. Then, on the second panel, add touches of metallic or pearlescent watercolor to the petals and leaves. Once dry, assemble the cards with added sentiments, to finish.
For this little gift tag, I used another section of leftover watercolor to make a top layer for my tag base. It was just the right size. And, I didn't want to waste the pretty pieces.
