Hello! For today's project, I made a watercolor balloons birthday card. This is great for guys or gals and will pass as a masculine card with the dark colors.
Sentiment: Happy Birthday To You!
This card is mostly flat except for the two little adhesive pearls. I used deep and rich colors for the balloons and the paper trimmings.
To make this, begin by preparing an A2 sized card base. Then, stamp the balloons onto the smooth side of watercolor paper. Also, stamp and die-cut the sentiment in white cardstock. Next, add patterned paper, trim or die-cut layered border pieces and a flag accent. Then, add watercolor to the balloons and the background. Be sure to dry between colors and sections. Also, heat set the balloon panel. Finally, layer it all onto the card base with adhesive pearl accents, to finish.
