Hiding adhesive on vellum card projects ~ Bougainvillea

Hello.  For today, this is about hiding adhesive on vellum card projects.  I use a beautiful bougainvillea stamp for this example.

Sentiment:
You always amaze me.

The background color peeks through the vellum, yet the adhesive is not visible.

Helpful tips:
For this project, begin by preparing an A2 sized card base in white.  Then, stamp onto a piece of vellum cardstock using permanent black ink like StazOn or similar.  Once dry, trim the panel as a card layer.  Next, trim or die-cut a colorful background panel.  Also, stamp and trim the sentiment strip.  Also, adhere the colorful background with double-sided tape,  Then, trim a piece of a double-sided adhesive sheet to fit the size of the trimmed vellum.  Remove one side of the adhesive and then layer the vellum over the sticky side.  Trim more if needed.  Finally, peel and layer the vellum over the background with an added sentiment strip, to finish.
Here is a closer look.
