My first card is using a background stamp filled with abstract butterflies.  Color in your stamping partially.  I used Copic markers.  Also, before foiling, either heat emboss or stamp with transfer gel.  For easy foiling, I used a laminator.  To finish, I added the sentiment, gems and tulle for embellishment.

This is a closer look at the shimmer.

For my next card, I chose a large butterfly stamp.

Sentiment:

Another year older, but wiser too. This was stamped and die-cut onto watercolor cardstock to make a mini slimline card front layer. Watercolor was added and set. Then, the shimmer was made by adding touches of Nuvo glacier paste. Also, I added black accents to parts of the butterfly and a sentiment strip. Everything was assembled flat, to finish. And this is a look at the added shimmer.
