For today, I am showing how to make a wine bottle tag two ways plus Copic marker coloring. I love making these for hostess gifts.
You are so winederful.
Here are helpful tips to make a wine bottle tag two ways, with or without a die. To begin, stamp onto a long piece of white cardstock using alcohol-friendly ink or ink for use with your markers. Then, color the stamping. Next, follow the options below.
Option 1: Using a die. If you have a wine tag die, die-cut the stamping and score to assemble the tag. I used a die that is no longer in stock, but I will link to similar options below. You can also get a similar look by using a slimline or mini slimline die-cut with a hole cut at one end.
Option 2: Use a paper trimmer to cut out the wine bottle tag before or after the stamping. Also, use a circle punch or circle die-cut at one end.
Cut approximately 3" x 7 1/2"
Score at 2 1/2"
Punch or die-cut a circle into the short end approximately 1 3/4" in diameter.
Decorate how you wish.
This is what to expect for the tag when made without a tag die. It is a super easy option that is ready to decorate.
This is another look:
