Hey there. Here is a may bell flower or Lili of the valley card, perfect for Valentin's Day or most love themes. I paired the florals with the hearts and the sentiment.
A legend tells of a lily of the valley who fell in love with a nightingale's song, so it bloomed only when the bird returned to the woods in May. The flower is also known as the May lily, May bells, or French “Muguet des bois." The scientific name is Convallaria majalis.
Here are helpful tips for making this card. To begin, prepare a kraft color card base, A2 sized. Then, trim or die-cut a square background panel using colored cardstock. Next, stamp the flower onto smooth white cardstock with alcohol-friendly ink. Add color to the stamping. I used Copic markers. Then, stamp the sentiment onto lime green cardstock. Also, trim or die-cut the sentiment and another accent heart. Finally, layer it all onto the card base, to finish.
And, this is another look at today's project.
