2 Cards ~ 1 Background Stamp ~ Holiday Dog & Gnome

For today, I am sharing two Christmas or holiday cards featuring one background stamp along with additional focal stamping.

Sentiments:
Have a warm & fussy Christmas.
Enjoy the most magical time of year.

These were fun to make using one background stamp and different focal stamps.

Here is the dog themed card.

Helpful tips:

These are helpful tips for creating these two holiday cards.  To begin, stamp onto lime color cardstock using the background stamp.  Next, using Copic friendly ink, stamp the dog, the gnome and the sentiments onto smooth white cardstock.  Then, color in the dog and the gnome.  Also, die-cut circle and square frame layers for them.  Next, add ink blending over the background stamped panel in two shades.  Then, add white paint splatters over the background.  Also, trim the dried panel A2 sized and die-cut or trim an accent border.  Then, using a paper trimmer, cut the background panel in half diagonally.  Frame the trimmed sentiments.  Next, layer the diagonal background both horizontally and vertically onto two card bases.  Add the border trim, the layered stamping and the sentiments, to finish.

Here is the second card featuring a sweet gnome and a Christmas ornament.
