Hello and welcome. For today, I am sharing a winter holiday project for the Friends of Unity blog hop. This social media hop inspiration is coffee, tea or cocoa inspired. I hope you will join in on the fun and inspiration. Simply comment on each stop in the hop.
Here are helpful tips for making this joy mug card. To begin, prepare an A2 size card base on colored cardstock. Next, trim or die-cut a background layer from patterned paper. Also, use a doily or die-cut a doily for the mug accent. Then, stamp the mug and sentiment onto white cardstock with Copic friendly ink. Next, color and fussy cut (cut out) the mug. For added mug accent, die-cut holly leaves and berries. I cut the leaves from leftover watercolor pieces. Finally, adhere it all onto the card front, to finish.
Supplies:
Joy, Peace & Comfort Mug
Rustic Farmhouse 6x6 paper pack
Also, Neenah solar white 110 lb cover card stock, 80 lb solar white card stock, magnetic die storage sheets, plastic stamp & die storage pockets, paper trimmer, new Misti, foam tape, desk mat, double stitched rectangle dies, holly berries dies, glue, A2 envelope, colored cardstock in lazy day and Moroccan spice; Anna Griffin dies, black hybrid ink, die-cutting machine, scoring board, bone folder, scissors, Copic markers W3, W1, B34, B41, B21, N9. Your next stop in the hop is April's blog. The full hop lineup is on Crystal's blog.
