Hello. The My Creative Time design team is sharing gift card giving projects today. I thought that a teacher gift card holder project was in order this time of year.
A little birdie told me that teachers love gift cards so that they can buy what they want. This is a mini slimline card that doubles as a gift card holder.
To make this, begin by cutting and scoring the card base in white cardstock.
Cut 5 1/2" x 6 1/4" and score at 3 1/8".
Next, die-cut a background panel from patterned paper. Then, stamp and die cut the bird, the sentiment, hearts and the gift card holder tabs. Also, color in the bird. Finally, to finish, adhere it all onto the card base, allowing the tabs to hold a gift card.
Also, flat double-sided tape, Mini Misti, paper trimmer, bone folder, die cutting machine, My Favorite Things On Point Precision Glue , colorful canvas 6x6 paper pad and extreme black hybrid ink; Neenah desert storm 100 lb cardstock, jewel picker, Copic markers R29 & R14.
