Here are helpful tips for creating this technique. To begin, stamp the collar three times with ink for use with your markers. Stamp once each onto two different patterned paper pieces. Then stamp a third time onto white cardstock. Then, stamp the sentiment and paw print to a pre-trimmed card panel, towards the bottom. Using scissors, cut out the collar from the patterned paper. Next, cut out the hearts from the other piece of patterned paper. Add the hearts to the collar with glue. Optional, add light shading to the collar edges with a marker or distress ink. Color in the paw prints or paper piece those as well. Punch a tiny heart to accent. Add black marker or distress ink to the collar's outer edges to accent further. Finally, adhere the collar to the top panel using foam tape, to finish.
