Matching bird card, envelope and liner + video tutorial.

Today, for Technique Time at Unity, I have four ways to create coordinating paper crafts.  Here is a tutorial and video showing a matching card, envelope and liner.

Sentiment:  Just a card to brighten your day.

Here are helpful tips for creating this.  To begin, pre-cut the sentiment topper, the image panel and the card base.  Next, stamp the sentiment and the scene elements using Copic friendly ink.  Then, color in the bird scene with Copics or other mediums.  Next, mask the edges of the scene panel.  Then add two shades of distress oxide ink blending around the scene panel.  Once finished, remove the washi or masking tape.  Also, heat set everything.  Finally, assemble the layers to finish the card.

For envelope art, die-cut or trim an envelope liner from thin paper.  Next, stamp the liner panel with flowers using repeat stamping and then color them.  Also, add distress ink around the flowers on the liner, then heat set.  Adhere the liner to the inner envelope flap.  Finally, to add small details to the outer envelope, stamp the birds on the front corner and on the back flap, if you want.

I made a quick video tutorial showing the process for this project.
