Wreath builder birthday card with ink blending.

Here is a bright and cheerful birthday card for today.

The small square top panel was stamped using the Misti and the Wreath Builder Template by Gina K. Designs.  I stamped in VersaMark ink and then heat embossed in white by section.  The video will show how you partially stamp one section, rotate the paper inside the wreath builder template according to where you want the stamping.
After the stamping, I added ink blending with distress oxide ink along with a makeup brush.

Supplies:  Unity Stamp Co. Birthday Go Round and Wreath Builder Template, foam tape, Ranger archival ink and distress oxide ink; white embossing powder, heat tool, My Creative Time dies, droplets, doily and a makeup brush for blending.
