Today, I am sharing a sweet birthday card featuring balloons and a cake with smiley faces.
This cute birthday card was made with repeat stamping for the balloons. I also added the cake and sentiment panel. Highlights were added to the edges with distress ink. The cake has touches of Copic markers.
