Lamb of God Bible Journal with Copics and Distress Ink

The new February 2018 sentiment kit from Unity has just released.  It includes beautiful sentiments and the sweetest little lamb.  I knew that it had to be part of my bible journaling.

Sentiment:  You are a lamb of God.

Today, I combined Copic markers and distress ink in light shades for the lamb and the sentiment panel.  I used Copics on the lamb and lightly shaded the sentiment in distress ink, using complementing colors.  A die-cut heart was added.  This was so easy to do.  I just cut out the lamb and hearts and adhered them down.

Here is a quick video tutorial on how I put this page together.

For bible journal art, I tend to color on separate cardstock and then add it to the page.  But, I do experiment with different techniques for decorating the thin bible pages with art.
To see more of my bible art projects, see Bible Journal.

If you would like me to demonstrate a particular bible journal technique or if you have other suggestions for bible art, please share by commenting below.  I would love to hear from you.
